Use Choose to ... (empowering) instead of
Have to (disempowering)

I need to, I must, I have to . . . change to It’s imporant to me to . . .
I can’t . . . change to I choose not to, I’m not willing to, I can . . .
I’ll try . . . change to I will, I intent, I’m aiming for . . .
